These are the refund rules StartJobs applies to purchases:
- All sales are final: once payment is made and access to the content is granted, the amount is non-refundable.
- Before paying, the buyer confirms they understand the purchase is non-refundable; the confirmation is recorded with date and time.
- For pre-orders, the order can be canceled with a full refund until the material is delivered. After delivery, the rule above applies.
- Duplicate payments for the same edition are refunded automatically.
